Placement of a Purchase Order / Subcontract on behalf of a client - where the negotiation is performed by MCSL and the Purchase Order / Subcontract is issued in the name of your company.

Procurement of items by MCSL for your company - where the project remit is handed to MCSL to perform the full procurement function and the items are procured by MCSL.  This gives your company a full procurement services in return for one easy monthly invoice.  This is beneficial where your company does not have a procurement department.

Provision of Buyers and Subcontract Administrators - where MCSL will provide in-house support under the guidance of your company's management team.
